TireGet Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Only new and unused tires that have not been driven on or mounted, are eligible for return. There are no returns on discontinued or closeout items.

If you need to return tires, please click here for return requests and fill out our Return Form so we can begin processing your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Credit amount will be calculated as follows:

Your credit will be the price you paid for the tire less the cost of the return shipping. Special order, discontinued and closeout items are not returnable. Tires with a damaged bead due to installation, are not eligible for return.

Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments or when Fedex/UPS is unable to make delivery.   
Credits will be issued to the original credit card/payment method used. Please allow five business days for your refund to appear on your account.

Return Check List

  • Fill out the Return Request form found by clicking this link.
  • Shipping Label and packing slip with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number should be taped securely on tire(s).
  • Contact shipper for pickup or drop off at an authorized shipping location.
